Baja California Sur
Originally called the Bay of the Saintly Cross, Southern Baja California tells the story of its mountain ranges, seas and deserts through the prehistoric art of its first inhabitants. Festivals for the patron saints are accompanied by accordions and guitars. Its colonial architecture, as well as the grey whale, are two of the many attractions which make this marvelous state a Jewel of Mexico.
